The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 4 bottles of Nepali liquor each containing 300 ml. was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 8.10.2016 and has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with
