The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 58 of 2020, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 45 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him.
