This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioners. Earlier, the petitioners have moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5415 of 2021, which was rejected vide order dated 24.11.2021.

In view of the recent decision of the Apex Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr. reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Hence, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
