The petitioner is accused in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 305 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur.

The accusation against the petitioner is to shot fire at the chest of deceased, Nageshwar Yadav @ Nago, father of the informant, who died at the spot.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
