The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding his grievances and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks and in case such representation is filed, then the same may be considered and disposed off considering the judgment dated 20.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1056 of 2018, which shall be annexed by the petitioner along with
