This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of Pradeep Yadav, when dead body of Pradeep Yadav was noticed lying in the courtyard. Submission of the petitioners is that coaccused, Shiv Kumar Yadav, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3710 of 2017.

Since, only suspicion is there against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11284 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 14 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond(s) of the petitioner(s).
