Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Mohit Lal Thakur who was arrested with pistol and live cartridges by the police. Similarly situated co-accused Himanshu Singh has already been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
