The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No.610 of 2016 registered under Sections 414, 401, 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty two persons, who were on motorcycle, started to flee away on seeing the police but one was apprehended who disclosed his name Kishan Kumar, on search of his bag some iron instruments using for cutting lock and house holds articles recovered. On query he did not produce paper regarding motor cycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

At that time police apprehended him and remanded in the present case showing the recovery of motorcycle. The material recovered from the bag of the petitioner are of the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.Case No.610 of 2016.
