2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ara Mufassil (Dhowha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 504 of the IPC and sections 25 (1-B)a, 26/25/27 of the Arms Act

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have started firing on the door of the informant in which the informant's son

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9591 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/3 sustained pellet injury, thereafter all the accused fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. As per the injury report, the informant's son sustained gun shot injury over right chest superficial entry wound 1cm x 1cm and superficial exist wound 1cm x 1cm and the opinion regarding the injury is kept reserved. It is further submitted that both sides sustained injury and even the the uncle of the petitioner no. 2 sustained grievous injury. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
