The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 423, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner in lieu with Ram Bilash and Tuntun sold the land of the informant in favour of Raj Kumar Singh, Shankar Thakur, Chandradeo Yadav, Sitaram Pandit, Ram Bilash Singh and Arvind Singh.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that land in question was purchased by the petitioner in 1991 from Saiyad Bahabuddin, whereas the informant claims to have purchased the said land from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3788 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 Chandrika Singh on 03.01.2007.

Considering the accusation arising out of the dispute with regard to land in question, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
