KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 03-03-2020 This petition filed on 27.02.2020 is listed for hearing for the first time today before the Court.

Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- I. To restrain the respondents authorities from proceeding further pursuant to the mapping done, for appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika in contravention of rules, laws and guidelines issued by Government from time to time in this regards, for ward no. 11 of village Rampur Atauli, Block Ishuapur, District Saran at Chapra.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4558 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the concerned respondents/authority to consider and decide the representation, which he shall be making within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon receipt of such representation, if any, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt thereof. The petition is accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.
