The present application has been filed for modification of the order 13.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1025 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 13.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1025 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22288 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Services Authority. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1025 of 2021.
