JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ petition is being filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus and any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction directions to the Concerned Respondent authority to transfer the Petitioner from Community Health Centre, Aurangabad, Bihar to Health Center at Patna on the ground of fatal ailment like CANCER, as the Petitioner is suffering from CANCER and she needs proper treatment and care, which is only possible by staying in Patna and she is ready to discharge her duty in Patna." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.5446 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
