The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No.02/17 registered under Sections 272/273 of I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of carrying by this petitioner a cartoon containing 42 bottles each of 300 ml. of Nepali liquor. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is a lady has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 07.01.2017.
