The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No.271 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran.
