2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 373-C of 2012 (S.C. No. 521 of 2018).

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event the petitioner no. 2 expresses his readiness to keep his wife (opposite party no. 2) with due dignity and honour. The petitioner no. 1 is the gotini of the informant.

4. Despite notice validly served on opposite party no. 2 she has not entered appearance nor she represented when the matter is called today.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 18.02.2019 by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 373-C of 2012 (S.C. No. 521 of 2018) pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran is hereby confirmed.
