2. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has pointed out that the petitioner has already been given benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C. and then he has no apprehension of his arrest.

3. In view of the aforesaid that the petitioner has already been given benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C. so he has no apprehension of his arrest.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty that when the apprehension of his arrest arises then the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9500 of 2025(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 may approach before the competent Court of law.
