2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10925 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 along with one Manjay Paswan has killed the deceased.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioner lured the deceased and was present at the crime scene, the name of the petitioner has also come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused that he along with one Manjay Paswan has killed the deceased, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
