Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 18.7.2014 in a case in which charges have been framed under sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that prosecution witnesses have already been examined and case of the petitioner is pending for argument but the learned trial court shows his inability to dispose of case of the petitioner in the light of observations/directions given by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. no.39878/2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
