Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No.99 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners are relatives of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

Case No.99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
