2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sheikhopursarai P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336 (3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing fraud in the name of providing loan. They were caught on the spot doing the illegal activities.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2024 having clean

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the large scale of fraud being committed by the accused-petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
