JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Patori, Samastipur, i.e. the respondent no. 5 to remove the encroachment made over public land but the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, the final order dated 18.12.2017, passed by the respondent no. 5 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with encroachment case no. 5 of 2015-16, has been brought on record and it is submitted that the encroachment in question shall be removed within a period of 2 weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly.
