JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in custody.
From the written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has voluntarily surrendered in the court below on 14.11.2016 and since then he is in custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5644 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
