JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 1040/2018, for the offence under Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 22.340 litres of liquour was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.12.2018, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.
