Sri Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that present petition was filed for quashing of order of cognizance, whereas, during pendency of this petition, charge has already been framed. Accordingly, a submission is being made by learned counsel for the petitioner for disposal of the present petition with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for
