The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 881 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the serious allegations against the petitioner and also considering the fact that he has criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that
