2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case no. 623 of 2025 registered under section 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from his house or his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedents. He is in custody since 7.9.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for five months since 7.9.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case no. 623 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, District Patna.
