Although petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he committed rape on the victim but when the statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she did not make allegation of rape against the petitioner and stated only to this extent that this petitioner was pressurizing her not to disclose real fact before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.
