JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by order dated 21.3.2017 petitioner was granted provisional bail with certain condition. However, by typographical error 'bail' has been mentioned in the said order.

In view of above, learned court below is directed to release the petitioner on provisional bail for a month on the condition that he will submit Bank Draft for Rs.4,43,000/- in favour of Sanjeev Kumar. Once the said Bank Draft is deposited and released in favour of Sanjeev Kumar, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.3.2017 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
