The petitioner is in custody in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 for offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR charges the accused including the petitioner herein of abducting the minor daughter of the informant and of subjecting her to sexual assault. The statement of the victim girl aged 15 years is on record and specifically charges this petitioner and accused Raja Mian of sexually assaulting her. No case for indulgence is made out. Prayer is rejected. Application is dismissed.
