The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation only on confessional statement of co-accused Krishna Kumar and Bittu Kumar. Save & except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner was not present on the spot. It is further submitted that though, there is allegation of firing, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

No.10248 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S.
