Petitioner is named but there appears to be only allegation against him that the room, in which, co-accused including the petitioner were caught, had been hired by the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
