The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 09.08.2015

No.4486 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/3 that petitioner no. 1 Raj Kumar Yadav and his four sons variously armed came to the house of the informant and made assault to the informant as a result he received injury on the head. When the daughter of the informant came to rescue then co-accused Bablu Chand Yadav assaulted her with Farsa. The son-in-law of the informant was also assaulted by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant received three injuries, out of which two have been found simple and opinion with regard to other injury on the middle finger has been kept reserved. The injury on the parietal region has been found simple in nature. Though, the accusation of assault to the informant is against five persons but he has received only three injuries. The daughter of the informant has received only one injury simple in nature. The son-in-law of the informant has not received any injury and the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
