2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 are uncles and petitioner No. 5 is cousin brother of the husband of the deceased. They are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13146 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI , Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P . S. Case No . 599 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
