2. In compliance of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 5961 of 2012, a third supplementary show cause

Patna High Court MJC No.501 of 2025(10) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 has been filed on behalf of the Bihar Agriculture University. From perusal of the third supplementary show cause, it appears that the University has paid Rs. 6,04,890/- (Rs. Six lakhs four thousand eight hundred and ninety) to the petitioner on 20.09.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
