1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1 (i) For a direction upon the Respondents to grant Samman pension under J.P. Samman Yojna Scheme to the petitioners who are entitled to the same under the provisions of the said Scheme with effect from the date of application.

(ii) For a direction to the Respondents to pay arrears of Samman Pension to the petitioners which has not been paid to the petitioners despite being recommended for the same by Three-Men Committee along with penal interest.

(iii) To pass any other order / orders in shape

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Principal Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as well as the Advisory Council, J.P. Samman Pension Scheme, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
