2. The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following relief(s):

"For quashing of the letter bearing Memo No. 28 dated 19.07.2024 issued under the signature of the Panchayat Secretary-cum-member Secretary Panchayat Nigam Unit Gram Panchayat Mahugain, Gaya whereby and whereunder the service of the petitioner has been terminated and also further directed respondent authority to the pay dues arrears of the salary to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3029 of 2025(2) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 petitioner with compound interest.

And/Or For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner shall be found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the accused stated here in after."

Considering the relief(s) sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the District Appellate Authority within one month and, in the event, such application is filed by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, within six months thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the District Appellate Authority, the same shall be considered, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
