The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with others and alleged that Murari Singh, the petitioner, hurled bomb on her sons and her sons got injuries. Bunty Singh also hurled bomb on the informant, on such she lied, but also got injuries. The accused persons took away different articles, ornaments and cash from her house and fled away after firing in the air.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor found the injuries simple in nature but, from perusal of the injury report, it appears that Rakesh Kumar Singh got injuries on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19635 of 2017 (3) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 his heap and foreign particle was found. The injury was opined to be simple in nature. Chandra Prakash Singh also got injury on account of explosion of bomb. From the seizure list, it appears that the investigating officer recovered remnants of explosion from the place of occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody.
