JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Four thousand liters of mentholated sprit was seized from two persons on 20.09.2015. Petitioner happens to be driver of one of the trucks bearing Registration No.BR-IG-8907 while remaining driver succeeded in his escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 21.09.2015, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Sakaldeep Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariaghat P. S. Case no.105 of 2015.
