The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner fired on the informant and no injury was caused. Subsequently threatened the informant to execute the sale deed with regard to land in question and make payment of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. Admittedly, no injury has been caused and petitioner's side lodged Parbatta P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015 at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2968 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 earlier point of time. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 226 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
