The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kahalgoan N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code .
The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having committed theft in the house of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner or his house nor any T.I. No. 71202 of 2018. It is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 24.03.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgoan N.T.P.C.
