JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) An appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the letters as contained in Annexures 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 issued by the respondent no.5 holding the same illegal and arbitrary, be issued.

(ii) An appropriate writ, order or

(iii) An appropriate writ, order or direction holding that the privacy of the transaction with the customers and depositors of the Bank are secret and the secrecy cannot be broken, be issued."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
