The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 (G.R.No.1682 of 2015) for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. charges unknown accused of snatching the motor cycle of the informant on the point of pistol. The name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused. It is the argument of learned counsel that there has been no recovery from the petitioner and he has also not been put on T.I. Parade. He submits that except for the confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing to rope him in the case.

No.58189 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner namely, Ranjan Chaudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 (G.R.No.1682 of 2015).
