The petitioner seeks bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 7/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dead body was found lying near a canal and on such the present FIR was lodged against unknown. During course of investigation, father of the deceased identified the dead body and disclosed that the deceased had illicit relation with his younger sister-in-law and that is why the in-laws of the deceased might have killed the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6742 of 2017 (3) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 allegation against the petitioner. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Similarly situated accused persons, namely, Om Prakash Mali, Raja Kumar, Shiv Mali and Mahesh Mali have already been granted bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 7/2016.
