2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 initially registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 149, 323, 341, 324, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, charge sheet was submitted under Sections-147, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the going Sheikhpura from Pathraitha having mobile accessories, in the way, the accused persons including the petitioners having been armed with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10156 of 2025(2) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 weapons surrounded and assaulted him as a result of which, he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Although the petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have inflicted sword blow on the ear of the informant but the injuries are simple in nature. So far as petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Pawan Kumar Pandey, learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 126 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
