2. The petitioner, after his superannuation from the post of Clerk in the office of Juvenile Justice Board, Supaul, was engaged again on renewable contract basis and the petitioner continued to work on such post for three more years after his superannuation. He has, without any reason,

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was engaged to render his services by his administrative superiors and there is no reason why he should be denied the remuneration and the arrears of the same.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman of the Selection Committee, Juvenile Justice Board, Supaul, detailing his grievances and annexing a copy of this order, within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall, after verifying the facts and finding the claim of the petitioner to be tenable, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order of direction for payment of remuneration of the petitioner along with arrears shall be passed within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this
