2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 589 of 2023, lodged on 23.05.2023 under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64696 of 2023 with liberty granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 11.01.2024.

No.14272 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 Counsel further submits that a report about the present stage of trial has been called for by which it transpires that the Trial Court is seeking six months time for conclusion of the trial. Counsel also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2023 in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from today. In case, trial shall not be concluded within three months, then the Trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran (Motihari) in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 589 of 2023.
