2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On a secret information, a raid was conducted and two stolen motorcycles were recovered on spot, which were being used in the business of carrying illicit liquor, and one person was apprehended, who disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as their associates indulged in the business of illicit liquor. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of Excise case.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12581 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 as well as criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
