JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 29.9.2015. petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Srivastava, Sub-Judge XI cum A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.188 of 2015.
