The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420,467, 468, 471, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that saving account pass-book of Punjab National Bank, Mahkar of Juli Kumari, wife of the informant, was lost on 03.02.2017. On 08.02.2017, Rs. 12,000/- was withdrawn from the saving account of Juli Kumari. The informant informed the Manager on receiving a message about the withdrawal of Rs. 12,000/-. Again, on 10.02.2017, Rs. 6,000/- was withdrawn from saving account of Juli Kumari, then informant reached at PNB Bank and made complaint, then official of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15060 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/3 Bank informed that his wife herself has withdrawn the money. Then, the informant made protest. Then Bank officials asked him that if again the lady, who has withdrawn the money, comes to withdraw the money, information will be given to him. Thereafter, Bank official informed to informant that the lady, who has come to withdraw the money from the account of Juli Kumari, is apprehended. On search, several withdrawal forms, containing signature of Juli Kumari (wife of the informant), ATM card and other articles were recovered from her possession, who disclosed her name Soni Devi and disclosed that she was instructed by Dharmendra Kumar, s/o Uma Shankar, Village- Nadra, P.S. Mahkar, Gaya to withdraw the money.

Submission is that the petitioner is lady and she is in custody since 11.02.2017 and she has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that after investigation police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner Soni Devi, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 14/2017, Out of
